We
are a job shop whose goal it is to manufacture products for our
customers, economically, of the highest quality and with the shortest
lead
times. Manufactured lead-time is 2-3 weeks, although we hold
kanban
inventory for specific customers to minimize their lead-time. Our
primary
focus is hose and hose assemblies; tube and tube assemblies; fittings;
and machine parts.
We manufacture to Mil standards and specifications and specialize in
hydraulic hose assemblies to meet the requirements of our customers.
Our products are manufactured to customer prints or we can reverse
engineer customer products where no prints are available.
Our hose assemblies are made from various products such as rubber,
Teflon and metal. We manufacture low, medium and high-pressure
rubber hose assemblies; medium and high-pressure Teflon hose
assemblies; and metal hose assemblies. All our hose assemblies are
100% pressure tested prior to shipping. The hose assemblies and
fittings
we manufacture meet AS, AN, MS, NAS & ER standards. The tube
assemblies are made to customer requirements. We are approved by
the
US Government and our manufacturing code is 52529. Our Quality
System conforms to AS9100, and ISO9001 standards.
Our customers are from the aerospace, marine, ordinance, commercial,
military and automotive industries. Some of our customers are Lockheed
Aircraft Services, Northrop Grumman, Singapore Aerospace, Boeing,
McDonald Douglas and Rolls Royce.
