David has over 35 years of diversified manufacturing experience working for Aerospace, Mining and High Tech Entertainment manufacturing. David purchased Aero Component Engineering in Nov 2004 when it's sales were at 1.1M, and has more than doubled that volume to 2.3M in 2008.

David holds an MBA in Management and Organizational Behavior, is a Certified Manufacturing Engineer through the Society of Manufacturing and holds a Certification in Manufacturing Engineering (CmfgE).

Tom specializes in not only U.S. strategies but International Accounts. Tom's background Includes travel to over 55 Countries, work in Movies, Television, Stage, and has over 30 years of experience in Business to Business Sales and Key Account Management. Tom brings a unique perspective to Global Business Strategy's and has a solid mixture of humor and business sense to get the job done.

Tom has been a big player at some of the nations largest electronic component  companies, operating in the roll of Regional and International Sales Manager and was key to the launch of West Coast Engineering in California.  This caught the attention of Aero Component Engineering where he is currently working to establish national and International markets.

Dan Leeson, President of APS brings with him many years of hands-on fabrication, engineering and management with companies such as General Electric, Northrop, Lockheed, McDonald Douglas and Rockwell. Dan knows what it takes to re-manufacture or fabricate parts from exotic materials for Jet Engines and Gas Turbine Cogenerators. In these industries you don't usually offer to stand behind your work, you can get burned doing that, but Dan has been known to strap them on and flight test them, and we believe that shows the same commitment to quality.
